Customer Service Guarantee of Satisfaction and Quality
All orders are covered by the following guarantee;
- Wharram's the Florist guarantee that every order delivered will be of good
quality and in good condition.
- Delivery will be made on the date specified and every effort will be made to
meet requests with respect to time, funeral orders will be delivered well in
advance of the funeral time specified. Any dissatisfaction must be notified to
us as soon as possible after the delivery.
- Nothing contained in the Guarantee or Conditions affects or will affect the
statuatory rights of the customer or the recipient in relation to the quality
and description of the goods supplied.
- Special delivery conditions apply to certain locations where a third party
is involved, such as hospitals, airports, hotels and ships.
- In such cases the signature of the person authorised to receive the order
shall be accepted as proof of delivery and fulfilment of the order.
Substitution Policy
Many flowers are seasonably available and this may very depending on region
and country. Sometimes, therefore, the florist may need to substitute one flower
variety or plant, or indeed packaging and sundry items, for another. But you
will never be disappointed because we adhere to strict substitution guidelines
detailed below:
- The colour and shape of the chosen product must take priority and no change
in size or shape is permissible.
- The value of the replacement flower or plant must be equal to, or greater
than, the original variety.
- When substitution is made, the utmost care is taken to provide flowers or
plants which maintain the overall affect of the gift.
- The gift will be accompanied by a note, apologising and giving reason for
any substitution. International substitution policy Exchange rates, regional
availability and the seasonality of blooms may affect international
deliveries.
